Nurture with Nature Farm Camp is a fun-filled outdoor camp experience at Abbotts Hill Farm and Rescue in Newtown. Sessions will include interacting with friendly farm animals, yoga, mindfulness, arts and crafts, and more! Educational opportunities include connecting with nature, learning about respectful animal interactions, animal & nature related arts & crafts, coping skills, friendship skills, emotional regulation skills, social problem solving, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and more. Camp runs Monday through Friday during select weeks in July and August. Join us!

The 2025 Hands-On Summer Youth Program at the Brookfield Craft Center will offer inspired opportunities to explore creative projects in a variety of classes offered for ages 8-16 in themed studios to explore the joy of crafting: Forge, Modern Craft Studio, Ceramics Studio, Glass Studio, Woodturning Studio, Fiber Arts and Multi-Mediums. Weekly half-day and full day programs will be offered. 

Buck's Rock Camp is located in New Milford, CT and is really like no other arts sleepaway summer camp. We are a low-key, non-competitive haven where artists ranging in ages from 11 to 16 are free to choose their own creative and performing arts projects and activities. Camp Aldrich is a full-day, week-long arts experience for kids in grades 1 through 6 held at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield. Campers explore the Museum’s three-acre campus, learn in the galleries, and incorporate the world around them into their art. Each week, campers are guided through art-making workshops and activities led by a professional, practicing artist and our dedicated team of camp counselors.  Join us at Camp Aldrich this July!

The Danbury Music Centre, is 501(c)(3), non-profit organization located at 256 Danbury Main Street housed in a beautiful 19th-century building, formerly the public library. We provide classical community music experiences through our ensembles and events. Danceline Bethel is a dance studio located in downtown Bethel, CT. We offer classes in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and musical theater for all ages. We are dedicated to forming well-rounded, knowledgeable, and creative dancers. Muse Squad is a non-profit creative writing program for tweens and teens. The club-like atmosphere is designed for age groups: 8-12 and 13+. There are multiple opportunities in each class to read your work aloud. 

This summer, join Muse Squad in New Milford and/or Ridgefield for a week-long summer writing program! The Anthologies is a separate series of handbooks that combines music history and studying song lyrics to inspire creative writing. During the week-long summer course, each 2-hour gathering navigates the world of one of Joni Michell’s songs (New Milford) or the artistry of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (Ridgefield Park & Rec). The week concludes with a Final Reading and reception. Join us! 

The Summer Day Camp through Newtown Parks and Recreation offers daily activities designed to enhance each camper’s competence, connections, character, confidence and in the long term, their individual contribution to the community. Camp provides challenging activities in both small and large group settings through activities such as swimming, sports and other traditional outdoor camp activities. Campers will have experiences connecting them to the natural environment of Newtown parks. Rapadura Jiu Jitsu offers year-round programs and classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for ages 6-12 and 13-Adult as well as Kickboxing classes for ages 13-Adult. We offer programming 40 weeks a year, and our RTBK staff is comprised of seasoned teaching artists who value the whole child, and see creativity as a means to develop a strong sense of self. Rising Starr Horse Rescue is a professional and friendly environment. Our emphasis is on safety, fun, love of the horse and educational team work. The Rising Starr Horse Rescue Year-Round Riding Programs are geared toward beginners and younger riders. We welcome all levels and disciplines of riding, whether it be English which is our primary or Western. A Summer Riding Program is available for beginners and younger riders.
