Established in 2024 in the heart of New Fairfield, CT, Legacy Dance Center is dedicated to providing a creative, inspiring, and technically strong dance education for students of all ages. Our experienced staff, all of whom have performed and choreographed at the collegiate level, are committed to building a solid foundation in dance through proper terminology and training. We believe in nurturing each dancer’s unique strengths while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
We offer year-round programs for children ages 3 and up, including Tiny Dancers, Introduction to Ballet, Tap & Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, and Hip Hop. Our combination classes allow students to explore multiple styles, and we provide additional opportunities through our three competition teams and private lessons offered weekly or bi-weekly. At Legacy Dance Center, we strive to create a welcoming space where students can grow in confidence, artistry, and technique while giving back to the community through performances and outreach.
Summer 2025
This summer, Legacy Dance Center is offering a five-week class session and 4-day camps for children ages 3 to 10 years old. See more information below on each of these exciting programs!
Our Camps will run Monday-Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm and include a morning welcome activity like coloring, time on our obstacle course, themed dance choreography, games & a craft that will follow the session theme! Campers are required to bring their own snack and water bottle daily. Cost is $150 a week
Week 1: July 7-10 Bluey (ages 3-5) & Barbie (ages 6-10)
Week 2: July 14-17- Disney
Week 3: August 4-7- Popstars/Swifties
Week 4: August 11-14-Broadway/Wicked
Our 5-Week Class Session runs from July 1 – July 31, offering dancers the opportunity to continue training in a fun and structured environment. Each session is $90 and provides high-quality instruction in a variety of dance styles. Whether trying a new class or building on existing skills, this summer session is a great way to stay active and grow as a dancer!

5-5:45-Tiny Dancers (ages 2.5-4)
5:45-6:30-Introduction to Dance (ages 4.5-6)
6:30-7:15- Combo Class (ages 7-10)
7:15-8:15-Hip Hop & Hip Hop Tricks (ages 10+)
Thursday
6:30-7:15- Jazz & Lyrical (ages 10+)
7:15-8:15- Jumps, Leaps & Turns (ages 10+)
