Rising Starr Horse Rescue is a professional and friendly environment. Our emphasis is on safety, fun, love of the horse and educational team work. The Rising Starr Horse Rescue Year-Round Riding Programs are geared toward beginners and younger riders. We welcome all levels and disciplines of riding, whether it be English which is our primary or Western. A Summer Riding Program is available for beginners and younger riders. Ages 6 to 12 (for older students, adults or advanced riders please ask about our weekly independent riding program).
