Nurture with Nature Farm Camp is a fun-filled outdoor camp experience at Abbotts Hill Farm and Rescue in Newtown. Sessions will include interacting with friendly farm animals, yoga, mindfulness, arts and crafts, and more! Educational opportunities include connecting with nature, learning about respectful animal interactions, animal & nature related arts & crafts, coping skills, friendship skills, emotional regulation skills, social problem solving, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and more. Camp for 18 months-11 years old runs Monday through Friday during select weeks in July and August. And Lil Farmers & Me Parent/Child Classes for ages 18 months through 4 years old runs on select Saturdays and weekdays all summer long! Join us!

Nestled along the Pootatuck River (inside Rocky Glen State Park in Sandy Hook/Newtown) in a newly expanded space of 3,200 square feet, Affinity Esports is paving the way to healthier gaming experiences by providing a safe community meeting space for kids and teens to play games and interact with their peers all while learning technology and problem-solving skills. Along with two additional studios in Wilton and Milford, kids and teens can enjoy a space that features gaming PCS, streaming setups, big screen TVs, whiteboards, and Nintendo Switches! 

Have your child join us for a Summer of fun at Affinity Esports! Our studios will provide a power-packed schedule, including camps for gamers of all experience levels. Our camps cover 30 hours of engaging activities that drive socialization, skill development, and passion. Our days are balanced between the camp’s theme, education around healthy gaming habits, and regular screen breaks! Join us!

Camp Aldrich is a full-day, week-long arts experience for kids in grades 1 through 6 held at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield. Campers explore the Museum’s three-acre campus, learn in the galleries, and incorporate the world around them into their art. Each week, campers are guided through art-making workshops and activities led by a seasoned classroom educator and our dedicated team of camp counselors.  Join us at Camp Aldrich this July! 

Maine Camps are the Natural Choice! Campers unplug and enjoy top-notch land and water sports, arts, and nature activities. Maine Camp Experience (MCE) is 40 premier Maine Camps and a camp-planning resource. For kids ages 7-17; coed, or all girls/boys. Full, half-summer, and shorter sessions. The Summer Day Camp through Newtown Parks and Recreation offers daily activities designed to enhance each camper’s competence, connections, character, confidence and in the long term, their individual contribution to the community. Camp provides challenging activities in both small and large group settings through activities such as swimming, sports and other traditional outdoor camp activities. Campers will have experiences connecting them to the natural environment of Newtown parks. Safety Town Camp is a positive youth development program from Newtown Youth & Family Services. Safety Town is a one-week interactive safety education camp developed to teach rising kindergartners and first graders important life-saving skills and safety knowledge. There are two programs separated by age group: Safety Town for children entering Kindergarten and Safety Town II for children entering First or Second grade. Runs on select weeks in July and August.
