The Southport School Summer Academic Program is for all public and private school students, especially those with language-based learning differences or ADHD. Our program is designed for students entering grades 1-9 and helps bridge the summer learning gap through individualized, evidence-based instruction while preparing for success in the new school year.
Taught by the school’s highly trained teachers, the program offers individualized, grade-appropriate, research-based approaches, including structured literacy, The Southport School’s proprietary research and evidence-based executive function coaching model, and assistive technology in a supportive learning environment. Small classes are grouped by ability and age, ensuring an engaging learning environment and individualized support.
