Nurture with Nature Farm Camp is a fun-filled outdoor camp experience at Abbotts Hill Farm and Rescue in Newtown. Sessions will include interacting with friendly farm animals, yoga, mindfulness, arts and crafts, and more! Educational opportunities include connecting with nature, learning about respectful animal interactions, animal & nature related arts & crafts, coping skills, friendship skills, emotional regulation skills, social problem solving, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and more. Camp runs Monday through Friday during select weeks in July and August. Join us!

Get on-stage and make music with Bach to Rock® Ridgefield! Our music school is the place where tomorrow’s singers, musicians, songwriters, and DJs hone their skills and talents. Bach to Rock music camps give kids the chance to unleash their inner rock star — even if they’ve never played an instrument before! We offer spring, winter, and summer music camps for kids and teens, including week-long, partial-week, half-day, and day camps. Brookfield Craft Center is dedicated to teaching traditional and contemporary craft skills and fostering the appreciation of fine craftsmanship. Our camps, classes and workshops are taught by nationally acclaimed, local, and visiting artists. Learn and grow with our artistic community of talented faculty, inspired students, and generous volunteers and supporters. 

The 2024 Summer Youth Program at the Brookfield Craft Center will offer inspired opportunities to explore creative projects in 8 unique studios; Forge, Modern Craft Digital Arts, Ceramics, Glass, Wood, Fiber, Jewelry and our River Room multi-media studio. Weekly half-day and full day programs will be offered. 

Buck's Rock Camp is located in New Milford, CT and is really like no other arts sleepaway summer camp. We are a low-key, non-competitive haven where artists ranging in ages from 11 to 17 are free to choose their own creative and performing arts projects and activities.

Camp Aldrich is a full-day, week-long arts experience for kids in grades 1 through 6 held at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum. Campers explore the Museum’s three-acre campus, learn in the galleries, and incorporate the world around them into their art. Founded by art collector and fashion designer Larry Aldrich in 1964, The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum is one of the oldest contemporary art museums in the United States. The Museum is one of the few independent, non-collecting institutions in the country and the only museum in Connecticut solely dedicated to the presentation of contemporary art. The Museum is located on Main Street in historic downtown Ridgefield, Connecticut an hour and a half north of New York City. The campus includes a two-acre Sculpture Garden and is walking distance from a Revolutionary War battlefield, and many restaurants and shops.

The Danbury Music Centre, is 501(c)(3), non-profit organization located at 256 Danbury Main Street housed in a beautiful 19th-century building, formerly the public library. We provide classical community music experiences through our ensembles and events. We have four-day camps and one sleep-away camp to choose from with options for campers in grades K–9, there is sure to be one just for you! Not only do we provide great traditional camp activities, but GSOFCT Summer Camp helps you expand your horizons while enjoying the adventure of learning and connecting with the world around you. From tie-dying to archery to swimming, day camps An-Se-Ox (Oxford) and Aspetuck (Weston) provide unique themes for each week of fun! Camp Clatter Valley (New Milford) offers an exciting one-week option themed “Clatter Valley World Tour.” Girl Scout camp is a great way to make friends and try something new, no matter which camp location you choose. Just Dance School of Performing arts has grown since 2004 to include 9 talented, professional dance instructors, who each bring their own expertise and individual flair to the studio; a group of talented artists who are dedicated to bringing the art of dance alive in all of their students. Join them this summer! They are offering a five-week class session including classes for dancers ages 2.5 through adult, a summer intensive week for ages 10 and up, and weekly camps for children ages 4 to 10 years old. Join us for a fun and educational summer experience! Each year, our week-long summer programs offer children a unique chance to explore local history through the lens of our museum stories. Learn about life in historic Ridgefield and see how KTM&HC preserves and shares our history through a variety of creative, interactive, and hands-on activities. 

In 2024, the theme is History Detectives. Kids will work together to solve the Mystery of the Missing Cannonball, using historian-inspired skills (archeology! document analysis! storytelling!) to find clues.

At Kiwi Country Day Camp we LOVE camp, and LIVE camp 365 days a year. KCDC is all about having FUN! As our campers play and enjoy the many experiences of camp, they also master new skills, overcome challenges and build confidence.

KCDC is for campers ages 3 through 15 years old. We offer a traditional full-week camp ranging from three to eight-week sessions.

Muse Squad is a non-profit creative writing program for tweens and teens. The club-like atmosphere is designed to fit three age groups: 8-11, 12-14 and 15+. There are multiple opportunities in each class to read your work aloud. 

Rapadura Jiu Jitsu offers year-round programs and classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for ages 6-12 and 13-Adult as well as Kickboxing classes for ages 13-Adult. There are many benefits of learning a self-defense martial arts form such as Jiu-Jitsu or Kickboxing. Safety Town Camp is a positive youth development program from Newtown Youth & Family Services. Safety Town is a one-week interactive safety education camp developed to teach rising kindergartners and first graders important life-saving lessons on strangers, traffic, fire, pedestrian, poison, drug, playground, bus, and water safety.

The Suzuki Music School of Sandy Hook was founded in 1977 by W. Jeanne Luedke and has since strived to develop the whole child through music education. The school offers a variety of year-round programs for all ages: Baby & Pre-School Music Classes for Ages 6 Weeks - 5 Years old as well as Instrumental Program for ages 4 and up, which includes Piano, Classical Guitar, Violin and Viola. Students are given the opportunity to perform and showcase their talents at multiple performances throughout the year and are backed by award winning teachers who share over 200 years of experience.
