Let’s face it, staying active in the winter months is hard. It’s snowy outside. It’s cold. It takes some extra effort and motivation to bundle up the kids in coats, hats and mittens to go anywhere let alone go somewhere to work out! But we all know that staying active in the winter is not only very important for our overall health but also a great way for our kids (and us) to burn off some energy and combat cabin fever. Enchanted Garden Studios in Ridgefield offers a few different classes for health- and fitness-minded parents and their young children to help do just that.
Gymnastic Safari
These classes combine gymnastics, world music, movement, games & child-friendly yoga to develop coordination, strength, body awareness, and self-confidence. Supervised free time on professional early childhood gymnastics equipment adds to the fun and individualized skill development.

Gymnastic Safari I is for babies, toddlers and twos with parent/caregiver and is held Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:30AM-10:15AM. Gymnastic Safari II is a drop-off class for Preschoolers ages 3-5 and is held Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:30AM-11:15AM. The cost of either program is $295 per half-year semester.

Adult Yoga Classes
Led by a team of highly skilled and certified instructors, classes are offered in two beautiful studios open to nature. Instructors ease the body into greater flexibility and strength while providing a pathway to relaxation. All levels welcome!
Cost: $18 for drop-in class; $15 per class with 10-class card.
Classes are held:
Monday: 7:30 pm — 8:30 pm (Studio One)
Thursday: 11:30 am — 12:30 am (Studio 2)
Friday: 8:30 am — 9:30 am (Studio 2)
Sunday: 10:45 am — 11:45 am (Studio 1)
