This year Redding Park and Recreation is again partnering with the Boy Scout Troop 306 and Redding Lions Club for a special day of fun on the Redding Town Green! The John Read High School Choir will lead everyone into the actual tree lighting starting at about 4:30pm. The John Read Middle School Choir will sing a series of holiday and seasonal pieces. Hot Chocolate will be served courtesy of the Lions Club. Troop 306 has some great events planned too throughout the afternoon starting at 3:30pm which include: Fire pit warming stations, S’mores for sale and roasting, Selfies with Santa- photo opportunity for a donation. Rudolph and Frosty will be there too!
