The Danbury Westerners are a collegiate summer baseball team based in Danbury, Connecticut. The team competes in the New England Collegiate Baseball League, a Major League Baseball supported, wooden bat summer league designed to help potential professional players reach their full potential. Since their founding in 1995, 260 former Westerners have played professional baseball with 25 reaching the major leagues. Former Westerners playing MLB in 2022 include New York Mets reliever Adam Ottavino, Washington Nationals starting pitcher Josiah Gray and Seattle Mariners DH Mike Ford.

The NECBL has 14 teams in the six New England states and plays a 44 game schedule in June and July. Westerner home games are played at Rogers Park in Danbury.

A BIRTHDAY PARTY AT A WESTERNERS GAME IS A HOME RUN SMASH!

  • Your birthday child throws out a first pitch
  • Party goers participate in between-inning, on-field contests
  • Kids can get their pictures taken with Westy and Westerner players
  • We have pizza and juice for the kids to enjoy
  • There will be a Happy Birthday announcement by the public address announcer

All you need to do is invite friends and bring a cake

$160 for up to 10 partygoers. $10 each additional person.

Most Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays available in June and July.
