Does your child love to play video games like Minecraft, Fortnite and Rocket League? Do they like to design their own graphics and make videos? Why not enable them to share their creative passions and interests with their peers? Affinity Esports is offering interactive day camp programs for kids who love gaming - whether it be playing, designing or both! AND - from now through April 30, Mac Kid readers can save $100 when registering for Summer Camps with code MACKID100!
Camp options at Affinity Esports feature popular video games while providing ample opportunities for your child to be creative with friends!
Whether they are a casual gamer or aspiring competitor, kids will be able to play the games they love like Roblox, Mario Kart, Minecraft and more. Sure, kids can play video games, code or create content from the comfort of home, but one of the benefits of attending a camp program is that the open layout of the Affinity Esports studio is designed intentionally to foster meaningful social connections and a feeling of being a part of a community of like-minded peers.

“I really enjoyed the camp. Thank you for teaching me about a game I did not know how to play. Everyone here is friendly and nice. Thanks for the great time.” - Trace (Participant/Child)
Kids will enjoy over half of their time engaging in screen-free activities!
Parents agree, it's important to keep an eye on screen time. So rest assured that the days at Affinity Esports camp are balanced between the camp's theme, education around healthy gaming habits, and regular screen breaks. While away from their screen, your child can be found taking walks, doing quick exercise drills, pausing for regular hydration, eating lunch outside, completing team building activities, or playing tabletop games. During the week, your kids will actually be spending roughly half of their time away from the screen, being socially engaged, and fusing their passion for the digital world into peer-to-peer interactions, critical skill development, and new perspectives.
Hear from other parents about their experience with Affinity Esports!
Over the last few years, co-founders Mark and Emily Kilpatrick have been building a welcoming and active community of kids and young adults who share their enthusiasm and passion for Esports. And as parents themselves, they understand that some parents may have some questions about Esports so they set out to create a space that parents would not only be comfortable with, but also excited about! Check out this short video featuring parents talking about their experience with Affinity Esports.
