Since 1952 Kiwi Country Day Camp (KCDC) has provided campers with an authentic traditional camp experience. Their formula for success blends a magnificent facility with a dynamic and creative curriculum, offered by a highly spirited and interactive staff. The KCDC core program offers campers a variety of sports, adventure, performing/creative arts and daily instructional swim led by professional educators. Every activity at camp is designed with "safety first" and the entire camp experience is backed by their "Happy Camper Guarantee": your child will have an amazing camp experience! At Kiwi Country Day Camp, your child will build friendships and have the opportunity to explore their talents in a fun and safe setting. The team at KCDC is dedicated to providing each camper a sense of connection, accomplishment and independence, which in turn builds self-esteem and confidence. The KCDC Friendship High Five are a set of values that are built into the camp curriculum: Courage, Honesty, Kindness, Respect and Teamwork. Each day, campers will have the opportunity to reflect and discuss these values with their camp group community.

Kiwi Country Day Camp is accredited by the American Camp Association assuring parents that they have met the highest health and safety standards in the camping industry. They are also inspected and licensed annually by the State of New York. For campers in the Greater Danbury area, there is also bus transportation to/from Camp Kiwi out of Ridgefield!
