Join us Sunday, April 10th for our Macaroni KID Bunny Trail Egg Hunt at Tarrywile Park & Mansion presented by Dental Associates Kids!
This is our 5th year holding an egg hunt at Tarrywile. Last year's event was held entirely outside (no activities inside the mansion as we had years prior) and was designed as a one-way trail where families could take their time collecting eggs at five stations on the mansion grounds. We did it that way to allow for social distancing. We received such positive feedback last year with many parents expressing how much they appreciated this laid back format vs. the traditional "mad dash for eggs" style of many other egg hunts. And the kids loved it, too! So we decided we'd repeat it this year! We hope you are all excited about that.
The Bunny Trail Egg Hunt is a pre-ticketed event. Due to limited parking, we require pre-registration. Upon arrival, cars will present their ticket to one of our volunteers and be directed to park in the upper lot where more volunteers will direct families to line up at the entrance to The Bunny Trail. Each family will follow the festive, one-way trail collecting candy and toy-filled eggs left by the Easter Bunny at numbered stations. There will also be letters to collect at each station that will spell out a special message from the Easter Bunny. At the last stop along the trail, you will have the opportunity to pose for a photo with the Easter Bunny! Each child will then be given a goody bag filled with fun crafts, activities, treats and more to enjoy at home along with the filled eggs they collected on their hunt!
About the Terrain - Dress Appropriately!
The Bunny Trail will be located all around the mansion grounds and will take approximately 10-15 minutes to walk through. While we will not be heading into any wooded areas, the path may involve some hilly spots and areas of uneven footing. Please wear appropriate foot attire and leave strollers in the car.

Pre-Registration and Admission Cost
Reserve one 20-minute session of those available between 1pm-5pm on Sunday, April 10. The rain date is Saturday, April 16th*. No refunds will be given after April 3 nor if we need to push to the rain date. This is because by then we would have already purchased supplies.
Admission cost is $15 per child which includes:
- Admittance to our festive Bunny Trail (children must be accompanied by at least one adult); Adults/Infants are free.
- Each child will collect approximately 12-15 candy and/or toy-filled eggs at numbered stations along the trail
- Private visit and photo opportunity with the Easter Bunny
- Take-home goody bag with a DIY holiday/spring themed craft kit, holiday cookie, coloring pages, word search puzzle and other goodies from our sponsors!
- A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to Tarrywile Park & Mansion

Donations Welcome

Safety Rules
All children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. Masks are optional. No picnicking allowed after the event. Families will be encouraged to promptly return to their cars and exit (vs. staying on the grounds) in order for us to free up parking spaces for the next session after yours and keep our event schedule running on time. If you wish to spend more time in the park or go for a hike afterward, you can exit the driveway, go back to Southern Blvd. and park in the lower lot.
*Should local/state health guidelines change or in the event of severe weather that would jeopardize both the planned date and rain date, we reserve the right to alter the format of this event to a drive-thru experience.
