Hop in the car and take the whole family hunting for large Candy Canes (decorations, not real ones) at Tarrywile Park in Danbury! Ten (10) Candy Canes decorations have been hidden on the mansion property as well as the red barn area for families and children to find. This can be done on any day Dec. 11-Dec. 31 on your own time during park hours (dawn to dusk). The candy canes are a bit over 2 feet tall and laminated and look like the image below. On each one is a label with a reminder to share your photos using #MKDanburyCandyCaneHunt and tag @Tarrywile.Park.and.Mansion and @MacKidDanbury for a chance to win a prize from one of our generous event sponsors (prize info below).

The hunt runs Dec. 11 - 31 so you have a couple of weeks to head on over to the park, bundle up and have some good, outdoor fun! GOOD LUCK!
