Featured Summer Program: Innovative Kid Workshops to Strengthen Skills

This summer, the Child & Family Institute of Fairfield County (located in Brookfield) is offering innovative seminars designed to provide children with successful coping skills, effective techniques, and strategies to enhance their well-being. ORGANIZATION AND STUDY SKILL WORKSHOP

This workshop is designed to teach children and adolescents who are not reaching their academic potential due to lack of possessing effective organization and study skills. Participants will be taught assignment tracking, time management, planning for short and long term assignments, easy to implement organizational techniques and study skills.  Call 203-822-7056 for more information and to reserve a spot in the workshop.

SOCIAL SKILLS WORKSHOP

This workshop is designed to teach children and youth (ages 6-13) skills to enhance their social, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Participants will learn appropriate social interaction skills, conflict resolution, communication and emotional regulation.
