Do you have a singer in your house? The Ridgefield Playhouse is holding auditions for this year’s Holiday Spectacular, an annual holiday show starring Tony-award winner Debbie Gravitte. Open auditions are open to singers of all ages and will take place in the Playhouse theater on Monday, September 23, from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. in The Ridgefield Playhouse theater. People auditioning should bring sheet music for a holiday or other song in the appropriate key. There will be piano accompaniment.
All Holiday Spectacular participants must be able to commit to rehearsals on Tuesdays throughout October and November. Attendance at the Wednesday, December 18 dress rehearsal will be mandatory.
In a show that has become a community tradition, singer/actress Debbie Gravitte leads a cast of local talent allowing them to shine during the holidays.
