Perhaps you've just cleaned out those closets to make room for your child's back-to-school wardrobe and are now wondering what to do with all that stuff. Or perhaps you're still in shopping mode, looking to find some great deals on back-to-school clothes. Either way, there's good news! Once Upon a Child in Danbury is now buying and selling fall and winter clothes, including Halloween costumes and winter coats. The Winter Coat Event is next weekend, August 16-17th, followed by Tax-Free Week August 18-24th! Mark your calendars - you won't want to miss the opportunity to shop during these two exciting events!

How does it work?
Once Upon a Child buys, sells and trades brand name, gently used kids stuff that are in great condition. They accept clothing (sizes 0-16), strollers, toys, books, equipment and more. There is no appointment necessary to bring in/drop off your stuff during buying hours (Mondays - Saturdays; no buying on Sundays). Quotes are usually done within an hour and you are paid the same day in cash (check is offered if value is over $40). Items must be clean, meeting current safety standards and in good working order as well as of current styling (clothing from the last 2-3 years).
