If you are looking to make music an integral part of your child's fall activities, consider Abbie Fricker Music. Bethel resident Abbie Fricker is a singer/songwriter and music teacher with a New Orleans background and a Connecticut upbringing. Abbie majored in Studio Composition at SUNY Purchase and went on to receive a Masters in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University. She writes, records, and produces adult contemporary music as well as children's music (listen here!). Abbie offers piano, violin, and guitar lessons for students beginning at age 5 and offers music and movement classes for ages 1-5.

Abbie has a unique background in performance, composition and music & movement and with over a decade of experience in these areas she has come up with some very creative ways to teach. Abbie Fricker Music believes that 'Music is all about fun. You won't find a rigid teacher at Abbie Fricker Music.'

Private Lessons
During the school year, Abbie's studio runs on a September - June school schedule with roughly 36 lessons. Students are welcome to join anytime throughout the year and can attend at the Bethel Studio (7 Ann Terrace) or Abbie can come to your home (Fairfield County only).  Abbie offers lessons on Piano, Violin & Guitar as well as Songwriting Lessons.

Music & Movement Classes

Abbie Fricker Music also offers Mom & Tot Music & Movement Classes (ages 1-4) as well as Music Introduction Lessons (age 4-5). Abbie can work with local Mom's Groups who may want to host a class. These classes may include bubbles, shakers, rhthym sticks, drums, bells, scarves, etc.
